College Nurse
The College Nurse, Teresa Crouchman, has a surgery on B, Nevile’s Court. Please contact her if you feel ill in College. All issues are dealt with in confidence, and she can give diagnosis and qualified medical advice in emergencies and on long-term problems. What is more, she is able to recommend alternative therapies and help book them if there are elements of psychosomatic ill-health!
Surgery Hours:
- Full term:
- Monday–Friday 08.30–11.00 and 12.00–14.00
- Term (outside Full term):
- Monday–Friday 08.30–11.00 and 12.00–13.00
- The Nurse is also on call at other times during the evenings and at the weekend for urgent medical care or advice; she can be contacted via the Porters (see below).
Getting help
- If you wish to be visited by the nurse, either:
- leave a message on the Surgery answerphone (telephone 01223–338471);
- call the Porters (telephone 01223–338400); or
- email the Surgery at surgery@trin.cam.ac.uk.
If you need medical attention during the night it is always worth phoning CAMDOC before going to Accident and Emergency as they have GPs on call throughout the night. The number is 01223–464242: save this number as you may need it when you least expect it!
